Careers at Keystone
We're a Louisville design-build team that cares about craft, communication and clean job sites. If that sounds like you, we'd like to hear from you.
Working here
What you can expect
Substantial projects
Kitchens, primary suites, additions and whole-home renovations, not an endless list of small repairs.
Planned work
Design and selections are finished before construction, so the field team builds from complete drawings.
East End job sites
Projects concentrated in Louisville's East End and northeast Jefferson County, close to our Crescent Hill office.
Open positions
We post openings here as they come up. Roles we typically hire for include project managers, estimators, designers and experienced carpenters.
No role listed that fits? We still like to meet good people. Call (502) 509-3830 or stop by 184 N Ewing Ave during office hours.
Positions are listed with JobPosting details (title, pay range, location) when open, so they appear in Google's job search.
